It does not look quite right for Nephogenes graphica. This one has a dark collar and the dark markings are darker and do not make quite the same pattern. I believe that this moth is the same as sighting 4416079 and 4356896 and 4357877.

Yes, I agre in th simlarity between the CNM sightings you cite, We do not have much online to compare with. CNM Sighting No 8961 looks similar to darker examples of Nephogenes (genus) species , named and un-named, on Bold Systems. See:
