It's one of the Austroaeschna darners, possibly a Mountain Darner, but it looks like it may be fairly recently emerged and, combined with the dorsal-only angle and slight lack of focus, it's not possible to be sure. And for some reason I no longer have the required access to create a category for the genus Austroaeschna (which would be preferable to leaving it at family level).
