Possum scat 200m (as the crow flies) below the summit of Mt namadgi. I’ve not seen evidence of possums up so high before so I’m wondering if there is a certain species that inhabits this alpine zone.
Hi TapirLord It's Trichosurus, but could be either Common Brushtail Possum or Mountain Brushtail Possum (T. caninus/cunninghami). The location is a bit funny - map shows it on Naas Rd - near Namadgi Visitor Centre, rather than Mt Namadgi.
