Very well camouflaged in litter. I only managed one photo before it jumped away.

Were you looking for anything special at Bango. I was there a number of times in 2019 and 2020.

Mostly looking for orchids and arthropods. Not much variety of the former, but plenty of the latter. What were you looking for?

Likewise, but mostly plants with ANPS. I have also been with Jean Egan as there is an old record of a spider orchid that she wanted to check. I'm sure she would be interested in anything you find. We usually do a ciruit up to the main ridge and cairn and back down the grass tree gully. I have a feeling that many orchids responding to the drought breaking rains in 2019 by mass flowering and then went into a recovery mode in 2020-2021. The Yass daisy also made a spectacular recovery in the area before the fence. There was a mass flowering of the grass trees in October 2020 that attracted plenty of insects.
