I had thought Chezala privatella, but could not find any evidence that the abdomen would appear like that or see prominent palps upturned at the end (-although sometimes they appear to be missing).
I knew I had seen this moth somwehere, but couldn't place it. It appears on page 24 at photo 24-6-4 of 'Gippsland Lakes Lepidoptera' (Ento. Soc. of Victoria 2017),
