I think this is just a yellow form of D pardina. D aequalis typically has a much more rounded dorsal sepal and petals.

I agree with Matt this looks atypical for Diuris aequalis. Was it only one plant? Given aequalis is a rare thing, I reckon best to go with pale pardina, particularly if it was growing with other pardina

There was about a dozen. in amongst D. pardina. Laura took a look at them today and she is unsure. Needs more investigation.
