This group is unfortunately in a rocky area amongst lovely native raspberries - will be a challenge to eradicate without collateral damage, either by digging or herbiciding
There seem to be many small ones that could be hand-pulled after the rain. If the roots don’t come out give them a dab of glyphosate. Leave the big ones until last when you can carefully spray them if you can’t loosen them with a mattock and pull out.
