This is a mayfly. It looks to me like a full adult (mayflies are odd in that they emerge from water as a 'subimago' and then sit around until they undergo a further moult to the full imago (adult)). Probably a member of the family Leptophlebiidae, and looks like a male. Beyond that, I am afraid you need a mayfly specialist. Alice
