I've had a close look at Pholeutis neolecta, which on the ALA is generally brownish, has white forelegs and I think the upward pointing palps are less prominent than in this specimen. I favour C. privatella because of the generally grey colouration, more prominent upward turning palps and I think here we see a glimpse of the black forelegs which some C, privatella show.
