It looks a lot like Scutellaria humilis, but that species is extremely unlikely to occur at the given location, in a suburban garden in Banks. Is the location correct Vera?
That would seem extremely unlikely, wouldn't it. I'm not even going to try and figure out how the GPS coordinates put it there Michael (sorry, didn't even think to look at the location after I had uploaded). It is actually just below the substation on the Conder side.

Thanks Vera, I've confirmed & changed the location to roughly where you said on Tugg Hill Res. You can make it more accurate by clicking on the Edit button & then zooming in & clicking on the map. It is a rare-ish plant so a good record.
