User's notes

Almost impossible to see despite the amazing colour. I only became aware of it because I heard it jump. I pointed the camera at where it seemed to land and found the yellow pronotum. The head and body only became visible on the big screen, when I also realised it was missing a back leg.

Not the same species as the earlier one, Looks more like a Paratettix that has many different colour forms. Looks like its sitting on one of its favourite foods: moss.

I am sending the earlier picture to Paul Whitington at Wonboyn (Life in the Forest Blog) who has been studying them and has Rehn's original keys.
