I can only see one vein in the leaves not the two veins in a V shape that you see in A. pravissima. So I think this is probably a planted Acacia cultriformis.
Given it is on the road edge, I suspect that this was a landscape planting (there seems to be an Acacia boormannii 5 m along so perhaps a line of wattles were planted/)- I think you need to consider if it still serving a landscape - ornamental function weighed up against the risk it may be posing - is there evidence that it is self seeding, looks to have a native understory and the nearby sightings record shows at least 80 native species recorded within 20m of this shrub - I would be inclined to take it out but risk is not so high that this is a required action.
