Don't think it's Pteridium esculentum the sori aren't right. P. esculentum has Sori that are + - continuous beneath margins, these are discrete small circular sori
C. dubia most likely, especially based on location. It's a bit tricky to identify in dry areas, as it tends to curl up, but I'm pretty sure that's what it is.
