User's notes

Under log, seems different to five striped flatworm. Lighter in colour, thinner, darker stripes and reddish head.

The ground colour in this species (and in many other land planarians) is quite variable. In this case it can range from a deep mid-brown through to almost white as in this specimen. Similarly the width of the stripes can vary, but not as much as the colour.
