I think it's a worn Garrha, probably one of the regulars, but you can't see enough details to be sure

Fant markings to me suggest C. privatella.

I see two pairs of faint dots close together posterially on the forewing as in C. privatella and also the crescent pattern of four faint dots (2 on each forewing anterior to the forementioned) also as in C. privatella.
