sorry Michael did not take close-up pics forgot, will go back later today and do it.
The first 3 pics were taken while driving on Lanyon Drive and there is not many places to pull over but will see what we can do. It was an after thought to put it on so didn't do it properly. Not very good on identifying the different plants as you can tell.

Hi Michaelb,
the pics were for the Queanbeyan Nature Reserve area so probably won't stop and take pics of the plants off the main road.
Looks like we won't be going out today as it is raining now so will take pics of things out at the Nature Reserve another day. Let me know if you want me to delete this sighting until we have better close-up pics of things, very happy to do that.

Hi MichaelM and MichaelB,
went back today and all the weeds had disappeared, sorry just kidding (bad joke). Tried to photograph all I could in the light on and off rain as you know we are not good with plant names so most will be unknown. Gave up when it started raining too much. Didn't go in very far so counts will only be for a small area.
Also of note just as we arrived a local with 2 unleashed dogs retreated quickly from the reserve and a couple of bikers were heading in just as we drove off. We no longer confront people about their inability to read the "no bikes" "no dogs" etc. sign just inside after being abused by a woman with a dog at another place. Even when we were being polite about it. cheers, Deb
