I think this looks more like Loweria platydesma than Androchela milvana yet the latter has a more southern and eastern distribution than the former for which there appaer to be no records east of western NSW online incljding on Bold Systems 4 unless there is another similar species.

I think Cathy's image looks like other A. milvaria images I see online, but this moth seems to have a much more irregular boundary on the hindmost edge of the black forewing patch which seems to correspond more closely with L. platydesma. After allthe Australian Capital Territory is located on the western side of the Great Dividing Range and falls within the Murray Darling catchment!
