the third one was chased away from their "nest" made from a mass of metal wire in the water. They were seen adding plant material to the "nest" from under the water after copulating. They would swim away then come back and the female would be ready again but only saw them do it once.
The wire in the water is a hazard for the wildlife as they could get caught in it and will hopefully be removed as soon as possible.
