It looks a bit more like Parasola sp. to me? Need a fungi expert to review. Looking through my old photos I have observed this species once before on Mount Majura (no location data), and once on Black Mountain.
In Coprinellus and Coprinopsis a veil is present in immature specimens, whereas in Parasola there is no veil. A veil leaves traces (as woolliness, scales or granules) on the cap surface, but these are best seen in young specimens since they often wear off. That makes it harder to know what you've got if all you have is a well-developed specimen. I see granules on this cap, but I cannot tell whether they are veil remnants or dirt that the capo has picked up.
