Not sure, does P. habrophanes have a trousered upper foreleg?

It looked very similar but you are right that there are differences including the very dark ring around the neck and more of the brown colour.

Palimmeces habrophanes do have a dark rear half to the thorax. The species is sexually dimorphic. This is a male, whereas all the other CNM records to date, except one, seem to be females.
