Atrracted to house lights (15 Fairfax Street O'Connor).

According to Moths of Victoria (Part 3) there is a similar looking but un-named Scopula sp ('Scopula sp.(2)') which is larger and has pinkish rather than brown wing markings and occurs in alpine areas of Victoria and NSW.
