I looked up to see a Rainbow Bee-eater in a dead tree beside the Gudgenby River. I then saw a second one. They were a male and female. Unfortunately they did not stay long in the dead tree but flew off to the west, across the Gudgenby River to where the trees were covered in leaves. (Sorry, this is from November last year, I am catching up with some photos I have.)
