Of those I can see on the ALA it seems to be a good match for Ardozyga phloeodes. Interestingly several photos of this species on iNaturalist seem to indicate it favours stringybark like substrates similar to your photo. However, so far most postings online are for SE Queensland but there is one posting for as far south as Newcastle indicating a broader range. The evidence from Bold Systems 4 (museum specimens) indicates it does indeed have a broader range including southern and eastern Australia with one specimen from the ACT. Perhaps given it apparently favours stringybark or similar substrates its easily overlooked.
