It could be Epithora dorsalis but the pattern on the side and the slightly shorter antennae make me think it is not.

dorsalis is the only species in this genera - so am pretty sure this is what it is

The 'pattern on the side' is a mass of mites, probably phoretic (i.e. hitch-hikers) rather than parasitic.
