Isn't this a worn Ectropis sp, probably excursaria? The dark patch on the body matches Ectropis rather than Psilosticha, and the dark blotch on the forewing characteristic of Ectropis seems top be present.

I didn't think the main forewing line was kinked enough for either of the two common Ectropis sp.

I think the kink is ambiguous in this case. The adjacent dark splodge is positioned more like that of Ectropis that Psilotricha, and the absence of the shadow medial line is more like Ectropis.
