Are 4356938 and 4359896 the same? I suspect Agriophara, but cannot see any sign of palpi (which are short in Agriophara)

I reckon I can see palpi in the first image, with white tips (low down and sticking out to the front).

This is in fact an unnamed Agriophara species, one of the smallest in size and observed/collected regularly on Black Mountain. This and some other photos show the short labial palpi clearly.
