Your individual appears to be Argoctenus sp (Wandering Ghost Spider) which has recently been moved to the family Miturgidae (Prowling spiders) in the subfamily Zorinae. Please see the following link for further information on Miturgidae: http://www.arachne.org.au/01_cms/details.asp?ID=2589

Daddy long-legs are from a different family (i.e. Pholcidae). Please see: http://www.arachne.org.au/01_cms/details.asp?ID=1623

Hopefully the images there can help you get a better feel for differences between these families. Otherwise, there are other sources online too which could help! (eg. ALA would have quite a collection of images)
