I can't quite see the yellow in your photos, but the deep yellow would imply D. punctata. I might have to visit a few populations of both species to familiarise myself with them.
I have done a bit more research on the two species. I agree there is yellow in the callus, but I don't believe there is enough to be D. punctata. D. punctata seems to have a solid block of yellow, whereas this plant does not. D. dendrobioides can apparently have a cream callus, much like this plant. I am leaning towards D. dendrobioides, but I should probably wait for others to comment before I confirm.
I just checked the coordinates of the Mt Majura D. dendrobioides records; they are basically the same. So I'd think it is highly likely that the 2 plants are the same plants recorded previously in 2014, 2015 and 2016. The column in one of the 2014 photos looks yellowish to me...
