Have you evidence that larvae in this form of casing develop into Lepidoscia species? If not, then I agree the head and thorax coloring of this specimen look similar to that of your sighting 4236526 of Lepidoscia arctiella, but I think that is slim evidence for suggesting that this is also a Lepidoscia species, given that we only have photos of the larvae of 12 species out of the 350 named Australian Psychidae species.
