Flowers seemed a little smaller than those of Bunochilus I have seen around Canberra. My guess is B. montanus given its position at the top of a mountain ridge.
Goodness these odd Bunochilus just keep coming. First thoughts are B umbrinus but the fact you thought them smallish and the seemingly obvious hairs are a little odd. Would you be able to email me the full res photos?
Lachlan agrees B umbrinus seems reasonable. They're definitely odd flowers, particularly the margins of the labellum so well-developed and hairy, but other than that looks good for B umbrinus.
