User's notes

We think it is mactaria because of the lighter pattern on the wings, markings on the thorax and abdomen, and relatively short fringe of scales on the wings compared to other Psilosticha - see images on ALA.

I think it is more likely to be Ectropis fractaria. It has the "eyespot" in the centre of the hindwing that is characteristic of E. fractaria rather than Psilosticha and the other Ectropis.
