Umbagong Fungi Project: Volva was present at the base of the mushroom stalk of both specimens. Found in damp grass on the side of the path close to Casuarinas and Lomandras, Caps about 10cm diameter. The one lying on the ground was perfect when first discovered (and volva was observed) but when returning to take the picture, it had unfortunately been kicked over.
