Somewhat unusual for an ascomycete in that the asexual stage shown here (connidia last image) has the appearance of one of the jelly fungi. The sexual stages has more of a disk like appearance and used to be fairly common before the 2003 fires. Found growing on numerous intact pieces of damp old wood.
