Looks like a weed but isn't! After the autumn rains Native Crowfoot is everywhere - some plants have diameters of 40cm and heights of 30cm. Have added a flower. Have added lots of seeds for the next explosion of this erodium - it is all over Canberra! It would be interesting to know when that might be? We know more about the cyclical nature of exotic plants, weeds etc than we do about many of Australia's native plants.

The pink flower in the middle of the last photo belongs to the darker more heavily divided leaf also in the photo and it is a weedy exotic erodium
