A dense colony of about 7 plants. I was a bit perplexed by the plant in images 1 and 2, as its leaf was very close to the flowers. I also thought the flowers were more clustered than the other individuals I had seen, and the labellum a little broader. It was also shorter than the others in the colony. Photos 3 and 4 show another, more normal, plant from the same colony, but with some visiting pollinators.
I suspect the plant in the first two images got a bit 'stuck' during development and the stem didn't elongate fully. The slight kink below the flowers would be consistent with this. I've seen ones that had got caught up in other vegetation that look like this. It's been a great season for these guys.
