There are 15 named and un-named species of the Microdes genus shown on Bold Systems 4 and 4 only named Microdes spp. visible on the ALA. Of the named species options seen I thought this specimen was perhaps closest to either M. diplodonta or M. haemobaphes, but I didn't see a convincing match.

It seems to me there's quite a good match between the images for M. diplodonta and the 'doubled-toothed' structure visible here in the main forewing line of the specimen.

I think it is an equally good match to the lines of Microdes oriochares.
