I think it's the same species as sighting 4176709; which is presently under Salticidae (family). Also, I think it's highly likely to go under Salpesia sp (https://canberra.naturemapr.org/Community/Species/Sightings/23220) based off the sightings under CNM already. But I will find external sources and double check

Yep, thank you for the sighting! :)
Here is some more information:
From White & Anderson (2017), the only species of Salpesia is S. squalida. Under it, it says: "Salpesia is a genus between Hypoblemum & Jotus, widespread in Australia where the species cannot actually be Salpesia, as Salpesia's type species is from the Seychelles and clearly unrelated. For the time being though, these rather Jotus-like species called Salpesia are awaiting revision."
This individual and also the others currently under Salpesia do resemble Jotus, although it has one central white streak instead of two; and they also have a similar banding at the top of the abdomen to Hypoblemum griseum females.
I've scanned through Peckham Society's publications, but can't find any on Salpesia.

And a bit more on species under Salpesia (there also seems to be a word limit so I couldn't fit it all into one comment):
From the Australian Museum (https://media.australianmuseum.net.au/media/Uploads/Journals/16946/928_complete.pdf -> On page 184), and also on Jerzy Prószyński's site (http://salticidae.pl/salticidae.php), there are 5 listed species:
- Salpesia soricina, Simon. Obs: Type species of the genus
- Salpesia bicolor, Keyserling. "Cyrba bieolor, Keys. in L. Koch, Die Arach. des Austr., H., 1883,
p. 1441, tab. cxxi., figs. 1, la-Id. Hab.-Rockhampton, N. Queensland."
- Salpesia bimaculata, Keyserling. "Cyrba bimaoulata, Keys. in L. Koch, Die Arach. des Austr., ii.,
1883, p. 1439, tab. cxxi., figs. 7, 7a, 7b, 70. Hab.-Sydney, New Sonth Wales."
- Salpesia squalida, Keyserling. "Cyrba squalida, Keys. in L. Koch, Die Arach. des Austr., ii..
1883, p. 1436, tab. ex xi. , figs. 5, 5a, 5b, 50, 6, Ba. Hab -Queensland and New South \Vales."
- Salpesia villosa, Keyserling. "Cyrba villosa, Keys. in L. Koch, Die Arach. des Austr., ii., 1883,
p. 1444, tab. cxxii., figs. 3, 3a, 3b. Hab.-Australia."
I don't think there are many reliable photographic records despite the species being described.
I'm not sure if there have been revisions of this genus (I can't seem to find any from some brief research) and technically speaking, if the field guide is correct, the ID isn't accurate, but I think it's reasonable to put them--collectively--under Salpesia sp until there is a revision so that if any change should occur to what's currently understood to be Salpesia sp, all the sightings can be updated simultaneously.

Thanks very much for the trouble you have gone to, will be interesting if the genus is revised.
