User's notes

I've clicked 'breeding' but I'm not so sure. Gang-gangs seem to enjoy congregating here. A pair particularly interested in this hollow, and chased off another female. I am wondering whether this might be another 'water tree'. Considering that Gang-gangs are primarily an arboreal parrot species, I'm beginning to wonder whether 'water trees' might be a really significant part of their ecology. Thanks to Dr. Mulvaney for initial observations at our first 'water tree' yesterday. A male also appeared to be looking for water on a human structure close by, looking inside the rain gutter.
