On blowing up the photos, the margins are recurved (curved down), which still fits Dianella tasmanica. I don’t think it is Dianella longifolia, which I thought it might be. Vicflora states that the inflorescence (flower cluster) in longifolia is longer than the leaves. However, it might be the unnamed species that Michael M is following.

The leaves were definitely recurved with a saw-toothed edge. I can see that in my photos when zoomed in but the detail doesn't translate well into CNM, as I was only using an iPhone. There were many plants in flower at that time. I don't have current access to the area but at this stage it is in an unburnt area, so it may be worth a follow up down the track.
