Size close to 12 mm. Red eyes seem to be unusual?

At least one sighting on CNM shows the red eye. Nice photo of a mating pair showing black markings on one of the pair, not sure which .

Much less pristine white than the one I photographed at home a few weeks ago ( Concealer moth (Oecophoridae) Zacorus carus (A concealer moth) on 20 Nov 2019 ). Could the markings be missing scales?

I did not use a flash (then the photo would have been better...). It was overcast and in fairly dense forest, I can not think of a lighting effect that would do it.
