Hypoblemum scutulatum has quite different patterns, although it's white on reflective black. It might be good to have a look at the confirmed sightings on CNM or external sources to get a bit of a refresher!

However, as suggested multiple times in the link above, there seems to be many undescribed/unidentified species of Jotus so it's probably best to stick to genus rather than species.
