I occasionally come across feral bee nests, but was never reporting them. Are they of interest to CNM?

Yes Marthijn
I've just added new question specifically for honey bees to tick a box if there is a hive present. Feral honey bees are a significant environmental problem. They occupy tree hollows which native animals need and compete with native bees for food.

Michael, sorry to maybe sound pedantic, but when you say hive, do you mean a natural (i.e. a tree hollow), or a man made hive? According to Wikipedia, nest is normally used for natural, and hive for man-made.

I'm not the best a such language subtleties....
I mean a wild nest. We would not be interested in domestic hives.
