Thanks, fortunately it was sitting still long enough for the focus stacking. Appearance wise, indeed similar to the other two sightings of C. leptostica. But antenna to wing length ratio is definitely less extreme here, and also the fringes on the wings are much smaller here. The other two images are not as clear, but it seems to me (also from the wing fringes) that those examples have more scale like wing cover like most moths, whereas here it is almost hair-like. Don't know how significant all of that is.

The antennae of Adelidae are described and illustrated as twice the length of the wings, not just 20% longer. Maybe there is individual variability in the antennae length, or the antenna length is sexually dimorphic, or maybe it is not Adelidae?
Other genera with long antennae are in Depressariidae and Lecithoceridae. Maybe it is one of those?

This is a caddis fly - see "hairy" wings and head structure

Hi Alice
This is an exceptionally good photo of a caddisfly. Can we do a better ID on it than to family?

Hi, I caught the same species (or the same individual?) again yesterday, and made a higher resolution image of the main body and head. A photo with twice the resolution of the new image is at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JWBBdffY5dsHUrh5tyW9nl3EFgpAsd16/view?usp=sharing
