I just saw a post from Matt on a similar sighting back in Jan 2019, and read the discussion that happened in relation to it. Perhaps it's G. procera based on that discussion..

My understanding is that entomogama and procera are the same thing, and I thought the name procera had priority, so that was what we would be using. However, I see that the latest version of the ACT census has entomogama and not procera. So I will have to get advice on that.
The other slight possibility is G. surcula, which is clonal and grows in clumps like this. However, it can only be identified with certainty by digging it up!

I spoke to Mark Clements about this, and he is awaiting DNA results to confirm that procera and entomogama are the same.
In the meantime, it might be best to stick with Gastrodia sp., especially as there are no open flowers.
