It's possible this is not crenata - the third black elytral fascia (transverse band) covers the apex, which is not typical of crenata. The brighter red of the subapical spots (at least in the top shot) is also not typical.
This is Castiarina kirbyi. Normally this species would be emerged in October and November at the altitude where it was found. What date was it found please?
