Once again I believe that this is a Hobby. It is very dark underneath and not the barring you would see on a Peregrine.

In this case the lack of yellow on ceres, beak and eye are important, as is the tail length and paler legs. The dark hood is also not as full as for a Peregrine. The rufous colour is also more likely for a Hobby. Lovely photo!
