Probably Geranium potentilloides but it could be solanderi. It is difficult to see anything of the sepals or the hairiness of the flower stalks or leaves.

Thanks. If you download the second image showing the leaves and zoom in then as per PlantNET Glossary descriptions and diagrams I interpret leaves as being hirsute and leaf stems as something like pubescent or pilose?

Unfortunately the older descriptions in Plantnet that were scanned from the Flora of NSW on paper were subject to a very small word count. A lot of the descriptions can only be found by working backwards through the keys, in this case to Geranium. The first couplet is whether the flowers are usually paired or not. These photos suggest the flowers are not paired. So the next couplet of interest to look at is couplet 10 which asks if the tips of the sepals are obtuse to pointed, and the sepals 2-5 mm wide (which eventually leads to Geranium solanderi) or the tips of the sepals with a distinct mucro (a distinct point, usually sharp) and the sepals 1-2.5 mm wide (eventually leading to Geranium potentilloides). The hairiness of the flower stalks comes in later couplets.

Thanks. Sepals definitely have a distinct point. Flowers were solitary. I have another pic that I'll add. I've also checked out the Grasslands: Biodiversity of south-eastern Australia website https://grasslands.ecolinc.vic.edu.au/fieldguide/flora/soft-cranes-bill#details. I now agree with your initial comment that it is most likely G.potentilloides.
