Couldn't find an exact match. The suggested species is the closest I could find. Body is only 10mm.

As far as I know juvenile beetles don't have wings, and he says that adults are much larger. This might not be a reliable source but just a starting point.

I don't think this is Piesarthrius marginellus, Piesarthrius probably but not marginellus. All the examples I could find have very different horns. Can't find anything else similar.
