This may be a Pied Cormorant. I am basing this on the black flank mark and bit of pink I can see near the beak. Although the beak is more yellow like a Little Pied Cormorant. Thoughts?

Too dumpy to be a Pied. That and the yellow beak. Pieds are distinctly more majestic.
