If you follow the daisy stem down, it appears to go flat to the ground and disappear to the left past the leaves of other plants which appear to be holding it down.
I think that the daisy is an Erigeron, and I have no idea what the leaves belong to.

It looks like a Gamochaeta (exotic Cudweed) species to me.
